Drive By Parade
Cammie and I went to lunch today after one of my deliveries. I picked her up and as we were driving to lunch, coming the other direction was one of the hooptiest St. Paddy's Day parades I have ever seen! Maybe even the hooptiest parade in general I have ever seen (Jamie, our 4th of July parades we hijacked growing up do not count). I guess I am spoiled by the Jackson parade with the Sweet Potato Queens. We did score a couple of necklaces through my window from some pretty good shots. I've never seen a parade before where they let traffic drive on the other side of the street

There was nothing hoopty about our 4th of July parades. They were glorious! Now the annual St. Mark's Church Mardi Gras parade where the pontoon boat float was the big event - that could be pretty hoopty.
